Born in April ’89 in Miami, FL, Denise grew up in a vibrant Cuban-Polish household, where she developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Enrolled in dance at age 3 and gymnastics at 4, she pursued gymnastics competitively for 11 years, earning numerous accolades. After an injury ended her gymnastics career, she transitioned to ballet and later discovered ballroom dancing at Arthur Murray, where she fell in love with the art and competitive spirit of the sport.

Her ballroom career flourished as she competed in American Rhythm and Smooth, eventually meeting and partnering with Slawek. After moving to New Jersey, they competed internationally, winning multiple awards. Though she recently retired from professional competition, Denise remains dedicated to coaching and mentoring dancers.

Denise always had a passion for storytelling and entertainment. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a show host, watching inspiring figures like Ellen DeGeneres and others light up the screen. That dream took its first real step forward when she had the opportunity to interview Jason “Malletman” Taylor, a vibraphonist and prodigy of Lionel Hampton. The experience ignited something in her-she realized how much she loved connecting with people, uncovering their stories, and sharing them with the world. Her natural ability to engage with guests and create meaningful conversations didn’t go unnoticed, and now, she’s taking that passion to the next level.

With The Superstar Denise Show, she’s stepping into the role she always envisioned for herself-bringing fascinating people into the spotlight, celebrating their journeys, and inspiring others along the way. Whether in the ballroom or behind the mic, Denise’s mission remains the same: to uplift, connect, and shine a light on the stories that truly matter.
